Requirements
Minimum stay is 3 months
RV cannot be more than 15 years old (2009 or newer)
Background/Credit check required for each adult living on site (soft credit does not impact your credit score)
Application fee is $45 per adult due before background check
Rent: $1200 plus electric (1 time $750 Long Term Deposit)
Tenants are required to have a valid credit/debit card on file
