Requirements

Minimum stay is 3 months
RV cannot be more than 10 years old (2014 or newer)
Background/Credit check required for each adult living on site (soft credit does not impact your credit score)
Application fee is $45 per adult due before background check
Rent: $1300 plus electric ($750 Refundable Long Term Deposit)
A copy of current Registration and Insurance is required for RV and all vehicles on site before move in
Tenants are required to have a valid credit/debit card on file
